Catholics – children who are baptized. Parents must bring along the Baptism Certificate for registration

Phase 4 – Saturday, 7 March 2015

    • Parents’ Identity Cards
    • Child’s Health Booklet

    • Payment of registration fee ($53.50) and deposit ($300) (cash or cheque only)
